CONDITIONS OF HIRE

  1. A booking fee of £50.00 per week is required. The full amount is required for Mini-breaks.
  2. The balance for the hire charge is due at least four weeks before the commencement of the holiday. When a booking is made within four weeks of the day of commencement, the whole hire charge is due.
  3. Booking cancellation. we recommend that you take out holiday insurance as no refunds will be given.
  4. Arrival time is from 4pm. Please notify us If you will arrive later than 6pm.
  5. The Holiday Home must be left in a clean and tidy condition and vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. The hirer is requested to notify any damage or breakage to Reception.
  6. The hirer has not the right to sublet the Holiday Home or to permit more than the agreed persons on the booking form to occupy it.
  7. Pets are allowed on the clear understanding that 1. They will not be left unattended in or around the caravan. 2. They will not be allowed into the bedrooms or onto the seats. 3. At all times, outside the caravan, they must be on a short lead. See “Park Rules No. 5"
  8. All holiday makers are requested to read through“Park Rules” and honour them during their stay.
  9. In the event of any breach of the foregoing conditions and Regulations by the Occupier, the Owners shall have the right to enter upon premises and retake possession immediately without compensation to the Occupier.
  10. Whilst every effort ía made to ensure that all stated amenities, Including accommodation, are provided, the Owners will not be liable for any loss of the aforementioned amenities due to circumstances beyond their control.
  11. The Owners will not be liable to any persons (including persons under the age of 18 years) for any personal Injury, Illness, loss or damage to property, including motor cars. motor cycles and the like however caused or sustained.
  12. The number of guests is restricted to the number of beds appropriate to each holiday home. Apart from children in cots, no additional guests can be permitted.
  13. Guests are expected to pay for unreasonable breakages or damage and we regrettably reserve the right to charge a cleaning up fee if our holiday homes require excessive cleaning.

PARK RULES

  1. These rules are to ensure the enjoyment of all our visitors. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY.
  2. A SPEED LIMIT of 5 mph applies throughout the park.
  3. The lighting of fires, throwing of stones and golf practice is not permitted.
  4. NOISE should not disturb others and should be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 8am.
  5. DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON A SHORT LEAD AT ALL TIMES whilst on the park. All accidental fouling must be removed immediately. With the exception of guide dogs, dogs are not allowed in the Reception / shop, toilet block, or in or near the Pond. All dog walking must be done outside the park.
  6. LITTER Please put litter in the bins provided and remind children to do so. Scraps of food must not be “put out for the birds”. Accepted bird feeders only.
  7. DEPARTURE TIMES Visitors with touring caravans and tents should vacate their pitches by noon. If you decide to extend your stay please let us know before midday. (Several days notice may be required at the height of the season). Hire caravans must be vacated by 10.00 am.
  8. DISHES AND CLOTHES must be washed in the sinks specially provided for them and washing must be hung in the drying area or on caravan window hangers and NOT on trees or between caravans or tents.
  9. CHILDREN Parents are asked to control their children at all times and not allow them to play In or around the toilets, the Pond, or to climb the bankings, damage trees or gardens. Children must not be left on their own in a caravan or on the Park. Football is not allowed except by toddlers.
  10. CHEMICAL TOILETS All chemical toilet waste must be disposed of at the Elsan Disposal Point.
  11. Caravan Holiday Homes must not be sublet. All Caravan Sales and Purchases must be through Reception.
  12. ALL VISITORS must register at Reception on arrival. Please inform Reception when friends or relations will be using your caravan. For security reasons keys will not be given out without prior notice.
  13. WATER must not be wasted, Please advise Reception of any water leaks.
  14. No commercial vehicles will be admitted to the park.
